This Moroccan Spiced Quorn Mince Recipe is a delicious Lectin-Free/Vegan (using a vegan Quorn mince)/Vegetarian mid-week meal that you can enjoy with friends and family! Quick and easy to make! Ingredients: 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped 1/2 tsp ginger 1 white onion, finely chopped 350g of Quorn mince 1 tbsp of ground cumin 1 tsp ground cinnamon 2 tsp turmeric 1 tbsp of ground coriander 550ml of vegetable stock 1 tbsp of sultanas, or chopped apricots, heaped, optional 400g can of chopped tomatoes 2 tbsp of olive oil If you try this recipe, please comment below and let me know who it went.
